Journal of Clinical Pharmacology in Drug Development

About Journal

Journal of Clinical Pharmacology in Drug Development (JCPDD) is an international open-access journal with a peer reviewed, primary aim of exploring all areas of Pharmacology & Drug Development.

Clinical Pharmacology is the branch of science that studies the characteristics, effects, properties, reactions, and uses of drugs especially their therapeutic effect in humans including toxicology, safety, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Clinical pharmacology connects the gap between medical practice and laboratory sciences, it directly work with patients, participate in experimental studies, and investigate adverse reactions and interactions. This field of science focus on study of biomarkers, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug metabolism and genetics.

Drug development term is used to define the process of bringing a new drug to the market once a lead compound has been identified through the process of drug discovery. The process includes the pre-clinical research using microorganisms/animals and clinical trials on humans and may also include the step of marketing the drug with regulatory approval.

Aim and Scope

JCPDD journal calls on leading scientists and scholars around the world including but, not limited to the following fields: biochemical pharmacology, cancer pharmacology, molecular and cellular pharmacology, pharmacology, structural biology, cardiovascular toxicology, cardiovascular pharmacology, clinical drug trials, clinical pharmacists, clinical pharmacology, clinical research studies, clinical trials databases, medical trails/ drug medical trails, methods in clinical pharmacology, pharmacoeconomics, preclinical safety evaluation of biopharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenetics, pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacovigilance, pharmacotherapy, therapeutic drug monitoring, drug interactions, randomized controlled clinical trials.

JCPDD journal strongly welcomes the submission of papers in different formats like original research papers, review articles, opinions, short communications, and letter to editors on a breadth of clinical topics in clinical pharmacology & drug development.

Editorial Managing Policy

JCPDD is using Editorial Manager Policy to attain quality in review process. This Policy follows an online manuscript submission, review and tracking systems. Review processing is performed by journal editorial board members or by outside experts. Editorial Managing Policy simplifies the publication process and helps the author to get track of their articles.

JCPDD Open Access

As JCPDD is an International Open Access journal, all the articles published under this journal will be accessible to all internet users throughout the world without any barrier of access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. All published articles will be assigned DOI provided by Cross Ref. JCPDD will keep up-to- date with the latest advancements in the fields of Clinical Pharmacology. Abstracts and Pdfs of all articles published are freely available to all interested online readers immediately after publication without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.

Authors are welcome to submit the manuscript through our online portal and or send us an E-mail attachment to our Editorial Office
