Clinical Research involves a cycle of events starting from pre-clinical animal testing to various stages of drug development before they are introduced in the market for mass consumption. Clinical trials are experiments done in clinical research that follows a pre-defined plan or protocol. Safety and efficacy assessment is important in medical practices. Clinical trials are known as maintaining a set of regulations and procedures that determine the safety and effectiveness of medications, devices, diagnostic products and treatment regimens intended for human use.
